Melbas OnThe Park Karaoke; a premiere Gold Coast Nightlife Institution just got totally hip with karaoke now happening every Sunday night from 10pm till Late (1am). Naturally— I just had to check it out! Wow! Seriously— WOW!

Melbas; conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise is one of the Gold Coast’s genuine high quality nightlife-entertainment venue icons that’s been around since 1981. This venue not only provides great entertainment but also boasts deliciously scrumptious meals at reasonable prices as well as a massive bar fully stocked with every beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) imaginable. And guess what? During the first half hour every singer receives a free drink voucher for their first song! That’s really awesome!

Superstar Karaoke & Entertainment hosts Tyrone & Chrissy run a vibrant professional karaoke gig— providing high quality sound and an extensive song choice along with an upbeat funky vibe. Absolutely LOVED the party atmosphere! Melbas is just one of those places— it’s loud, fab, trendy and super cool.

There were plenty of fabulous singers tearing up Melbas front stage last night performing a wide variety of karaoke songs— latest retro tunes, plenty of pop, rock and a few sultry classics to a mostly younger hip crowd.

The suggestion of karaoke tends to get everyone’s heart pounding— either out of sheer excitement or pure, blind panic! Seriously though even if karaoke isn’t normally YOUR thing; it’s guaranteed that once you check out Melbas Superstar Karaoke on Sunday nights— you’ll be well and truly hooked!
